"Tangent Fitness" is a novel concept introduced to bridge the gap between health care providers and the wellness industry. Wellness and perfect health are the "mantra" in today's world. After the world has been struck with the recent COVID 19 pandemic it has become more pronounced and physical exercise has emerged as the way to lead a healthy life.....we all have realized its importance embarked since ancient days.
Dr. Milind Pimprikar an orthopedic surgeon by profession conceptualized this idea and he acquired the necessary qualifications to undertake this task. Having earned a post-graduate diploma in sports and exercise medicine from the university of Bath (UK), he went ahead to become an American council of exercise accredited medical exercise specialists in 2020. He is the one who heads the unit of "Tangent Fitness".
The team consists of 2 masters in physiotherapy specialists with 2 bachelor of physiotherapy and about 5 trainers who are duly certified by ACSM (American Council of Sports Medicine).
Making a comprehensive unit to propagate fitness and health for the common population as well as for the competitive athletes, it has developed its credibility with hard work and passion. We have successfully trained about a dozen of iron men and were associated with professional sporting teams like U Mumba in the pro-kabaddi league.
